Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and your choices.

Last updated July 22, 2026

This policy explains how Drive Dink (drivedink.com), published by Type 5 Marketing LLC, handles information when you visit the site. We keep data collection minimal.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and which recommendations are useful. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type. This is aggregated and used to improve the site; we don't use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with a browser extension or by blocking cookies.

Affiliate links

Our buy links go to Amazon through a /goredirect and carry an Amazon Associates tracking tag. If you click one, Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase to us so we earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. Amazon's handling of your data on their site is governed by Amazon's own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you submit, solely to respond to you. We don't sell this information or use it for marketing. The form includes basic spam protection (a hidden honeypot field and timing checks) but no third-party tracking widget.

Cookies

Cookies on this site come from analytics and, on click, from Amazon's affiliate program. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them won't break the site's content.

Your choices & contact

You can block cookies, opt out of analytics, or ask us about the data tied to a contact-form submission at any time. Email info@drivedink.comand we'll help. We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the current version.
